BRADLEY SHEPPARD - TEAM MANAGER
​
With experience on both sides of the pit wall, former British Champion Bradley Sheppard understands exactly what it takes to build a winning driver and team. Brad started BSR towards the end of 2019 with the aim of developing drivers through the sport. Well-respected throughout the motorsport paddock, Brad has built a name for himself by making it his mission to make it to the top of the Motorsport ladder.

SAM SLATER - RENTAL KART DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
​
First partnering with BSR team in 2019, Sam provided invaluable support to the team. Moving into a role which seems in charge of our rental kart development, Sam is also a former 2-Time British Champion and has a lot of experience within motorsport.
ALEX EADES - MICROMAX MECHANIC
​
Alex & Brad have history, racing in the same Honda Cadet Team back in 2013/14. Alex has been bought into the team to develop our Micromax team, a class that is yet to take off with years to come. Alex has large racing background finishing 4th in the Ultimate Karting Championship last year.
NEIL DURRANT - RENTAL KART DRIVER COACH

Neil has really showed his capabilities within the team this season and a coach that our younger drivers really look up to. His attitude towards racing is somewhat relaxed and focused and he does a great job of passing this onto the rest of the team.

ROSS O'MEARA - HONDA CADET MECHANIC
​
Ross was brought into the team to enhance our Honda Cadet Performance. Having raced Pro karts for the majority of his career, he knows exactly how to to setup a Honda Cadet as well as working with younger drivers.

JACOB JUKES - CADET DRIVER COACH
​
At just 13 years of age, Jacob is a promising young talent both on & off the track. At his normal role of driving for the X Kart Factory team, he races all over the UK in various different national championships. Jacob also does coaching with our younger cadet drivers to help progress them through the ranks.
